Okay fellas and chicas! Thanks so much for your involvement in former contests - now tell us what you'd like to see!

Caramelldansen contest: we've had one complete entry submitted and seen one WIP, but does anyone else have a caramelldansen entry in-progress that they want to see finished and entered? If not, we'll close up that contest and begin judging!

Music Video contest: is there interest in a music video contest? Simply create a fanvideo of TCE and/or AtA using fan art, or even (as ~Savvy23 did for Diem RolePlay characters [link] ) using movie clips of pre-selected actors to represent the characters, combined with fan art and art that reminds you of the characters! (ask *CallistoHime or *WishIWould if you want to know the actors for TCE/AtA/Diem characters).

Write a missing scene from TCE/AtA! Inspired by ~MillieBee's fan-literature [link] . Basically a writing contest, in which you can write out an "unseen scene" from AtA thus far! Write a scene from TCE or AtA that wasn't shown, but theoretically could have happened.

TCE/AtA CROSSOVER with Harry Potter! What House/occupation would each character have, etc! Potentially art and writing divisions, we'll see.

What do you guys think of these ideas? What kinds of deadlines seem reasonable? Which do you want to see when? LET US KNOW!

Club News

Well, it's been three weeks since our last contest.
Anyone interested in a new one? I could start one up any time.

The next one will allow you to draw from whatever game you want. BUT, it will be a traditional art contest. That means no CG. We'll have to go back in time to pencils, crayons, paints, charcoal, pastels. All those old school goodies.

ALSO! I think concerns have been raised about the voting in our contests, and I have to agree with them.
Around here, I believe, that when people vote, they vote for their favorite game and not on how well done the art may be. So, if it's alright with you guys, I'd like to assemble a troop of judges to judge the next contest. They of course will be unbiased in their ratings, because they will be a diverse group. Sound fair?

Gah, it's been a little dead here. Mainly for the fact that I've been fussing over homework for university and other things.

The iScribble board is still up and running, though it seems to be getting less activity lately D:

If anyone has any ideas for things this club can do to liven it up a bit I'm willing to hear them.

She appeared as Manasa, as herself. BUT, she tried to convince me her backstory, her life, her attitude, her personality - was all truly like she ACTS as Ciara.

it's more muscley and more distinctly an "arm" in those drawings than what I see, but you can look at my drawings of Arda to see how I picture the dragon wings >.>

oh, you mean like a wyvern?

Not exactly, they have 4 feet and wings. But you see how in that drawing the arm IN the wing is very distinct and muscley? That’s not how I see it.

TCE started as a joke that I wrote actually FOR Rachael, my sister XD because we'd play Smash bros with my little brother, and made up all these jokes about Marth fighting Link for Zelda and all this stuff. Then one day while playing we were listening to the Phantom of the Opera Soundtrack, and I said "Marth's the Phantom!" and made up all these crazy jokes o_O and then I thought "I could write a story about this!" So, then I just came up with this idea of HOW my joke could become an actual plot. The first 5 chapters I was still in "joke mode" but then it became something more and I really started taking it seriously and TADA we have things ^___^

I would be Zelda everytime <_< and Rachael would be Link,
then be Marth when she failed XD and Cody would always be Roy, and then we'd play teams. And since there were 3 of us, we’d have one computer player, and always make it Marth or link, whoever Rachael wasn't being . Marth and Zelda BOTH have white outfits O_o so we said it was their wedding clothes XD and had Link come break it up

I desribed it in chp... whatever it ended up being <_< [editor’s note: chapter 41, “Shopping”] It's dark brown pants, a dark maroon shirt, a black vest and coat. They only really wore the coats on the ship/ at night cuz it's summer and really warm, but it gets cold at night by the ocean.
